P.D Logistik Sdn. Bhd. began its journey in the transportation industry in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. At that time, our primary focus was on delivering ship supplies to cargo vessels anchored in Port Dickson waters. In recognition of these early beginnings, the name Port Dickson was carried forward as part of our company identity. The company was officially established in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in the year 2000.

Originally registered under the name Brilliant Partners (M) Sdn. Bhd., the company underwent a name change to P.D Logistik Sdn. Bhd. on 22 October 2003 as we expanded operations to the northern region, specifically Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah. Since then, we have been actively involved in the trading of agricultural products as wholesalers, suppliers, importers, and exporters of rice and rice-based products. In addition, we expanded into the transportation sector and became a licensed forwarding and trading agent in Malaysia.

In 2023, P.D Logistik Sdn. Bhd. further strengthened its business portfolio by becoming the authorized importing agent for refined white sugar and white sugar under the Thai Roong Ruang brand from Thailand. All purchases are made directly from the factory without intermediaries, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable supply. Since its inception, the demand for our imported sugar has been highly encouraging, positioning us as a trusted supplier in the market.

Today, P.D Logistik Sdn. Bhd. operates from Lot PT5541, Kawasan Perindustrian, 06050 Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah, focusing on agricultural by-products such as local rice bran, broken rice, and related products, alongside our sugar import and supply business.
